Serving these communities has exposed us to a common obstacle that many face when designing and building a home: how to fit your dream home on a modest property.

Not only are you faced with the size limitations of your property, but you are also victim to required building setbacks, utility easements, zoning ordinances..(the list goes on) which further limit the allowable building area on your lot. Even after fitting all of the elements into your dream home, another challenge rears its ugly head: how to create interesting, appealing architecture on a long narrow lot.

And so, Urban Home Studio was born.

Our mission through Urban Home Studio is to provide thoughtful design of a custom home while filling the need for a sophisticated house plan package that is just one click away from a purchase. Our studio addresses the need for ready-to-purchase house plans which cater to the urban and suburban lot.
